• The closing date for receipt of all entries is as stated. Bulk entries, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries from third parties will not be accepted.
• There is one prize draw on the date specified when one entry from all correct entries received will be selected at random under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw date.
• The prize is as specific as the number of nights, meals, accommodation, and eligible days of availability/ dates. All dates are subject to availability. Transport is the winner’s responsibility, as is any item, service, or cost not expressly stated to be included in the prize including travel insurance.
• Prize is to be taken as stated. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prize, in whole or in part.
• The prize must be redeemed on the date specified or used within the designated timeframe.
• The prize is non-transferable to another person put forward by the winner.
• The prize cannot be used with any other offer or competition.

• The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to any unforeseen circumstances. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although they will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any claims arising from winners taking a prize or attending a venue, however they may arise.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, Santa Monica Travel & Tourism, United Airlines, Viceroy Santa Monica, Le Méridien Delfina Santa Monica, Macerich Shopping Centers & Fashion Outlets, and The Lobster Santa Monica will not in any circumstances be responsible for or liable to the winner or accept any liability (of whatever nature and howsoever arising) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring directly, indirectly, or in connection with taking up the prize provided by the Provider, or as a result of the Provider not delivering the prize offered, except where it is caused by the negligence of Santa Monica Travel & Tourism, United Airlines, Viceroy Santa Monica, Le Méridien Delfina Santa Monica, Macerich Shopping Centers & Fashion Outlets and The Lobster Santa Monica or that of their employees.
• The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• Entrants must have a valid passport, which can be used for travel to the United States and
  continues to be valid for 6 months beyond the period of the intended stay in the United States.
• It is the responsibility of the Entrant to check that they can comply with the requirements for entry into the United States and return to the UK.
• There are additional T&Cs that apply to the flight certificates themselves such as not being eligible for loyalty points etc. It is valid from 1 September 2022, please advise United Airlines if it should be earlier or later.

• The prize includes a 1 x $250 voucher for The Lobster Santa Monica. Final T&Cs apply and are subject to availability upon booking. There is no cash alternative.
• The prize includes 2 x $200 gift cards to spend at Santa Monica Place only. Final T&Cs apply. There is no cash alternative.
• The Flight prize to be awarded from the Contest is a single prize consisting of two (2) return
  flights in EconomyPlus class on a United Airlines London Heathrow to Los Angeles flight, served by United Airlines, including flight taxes. Both flights must be taken by 31 August 2023. The winner should refer to the flight certificate for full terms and conditions.
• The Prize does not include any transportation (such as travel to and from the
  relevant airport and home), nor any food or drink (other than any complimentary in-flight
  food and beverages that may be included with the relevant economy ticket).
• The Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, non-redeemable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Travel during school holiday periods must be avoided.
